Refund policy
TechnoNation Refund & Returns Policy
All TechnoNation merchandise is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we handle returns and refunds as follows:
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@technonation.us with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Sizing Issues
Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing preferences. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you believe a sizing error occurred during production, contact us with measurements and we will review your case.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if production has not yet begun. Contact us immediately at orders@technonation.us.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
